Highlights
With the crisis in Syria now entering its eight year, the protracted nature of the conflict has weakened the capacity of the educational system to address critical education needs in the country. It is estimated that approximately 5.8 million children are in dire need of education services, with an estimated 1.75 million children out of school, and another 1.35 million at risk of dropping out.
This Guidance is offered to provide clarity to education actors working in the Syria response on the documents that are needed by Syrian students to enroll in formal education and register for national exams. This Guidance outlines the Government of Syria’s requirements for school enrollment and national exam registration as per Syrian laws and regulations.
مع دخول الأزمة السورية عامها الثامن، أدى الطابع طويل الأمد للصراع إلى إضعاف قدرة نظام التعليم على تلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية في مجال التعليم في سوريا. تشيرُالتقديرات بأنَّ 5.8 مليون طفل في أمس الحاجة لخدمات التعليم، وأنَّ 1.75 مليون طفل غير ملتحقين في المدارس، وأنَّ 1.35 مليون طفل آخر معرضون لعدم القدرة على الالتحاق بالمدارس
جرى تطوير هذه المذكرة التوجيهية لتوضيح بعض الجوانب للجهات الفاعلة في مجال التعليم العاملين في الاستجابة في سوريا حول الوثائق التي يحتاجها الطاب للحصول على للالتحاق في المدارس والتسجيل في الامتحانات الوطنية. تحدد هذه المذكرة التوجيهية المتطلبات التي وضعتها الحكومة السورية للالتحاق بالمدارس والتسجيل في الامتحانات الوطنية وفقاً للقوانين والأنظمة السورية
