Highlights
As part of the 2015 UNICEF-UNHCR Regional CPiE Workshop on the Syrian crisis, Save the Children presented on alternative care in emergencies in Lebanon. As a leader on alternative care, Save the Children carried out a desk review on legislation, policies and practices around alternative care in Lebanon and developed guidance on the process, roles and responsibilities. In this presentation, Save the Children underlines the key findings of its desk review and the results of its pilot work.
