This report was developed by UNICEF Egypt in partnership with the Islamic Centre for Population Studies and Research at Al-Azhar University.

The report draw on sacred texts from Islam to analyse Islamic perspectives on harmful practices affecting children, including child marriage, female genital mutilation/cutting, domestic and sexual abuse, trafficking, and child labour among others.
