Makani - My Space: comprehensive approach "I am safe, I learn, I connect"

UNICEF

Highlights

As part of an interagency regional child protection workshop held in 2016, UNICEF presented its Makani programme, responding to the Syrian crisis in Jordan and to the high risks of child labour exploitation and early marriage for Syrian refugee children. The programme has three components: life skills, learning support services and psychosocial support.

The first slide shows two pictures: one of a group of female teenagers doing creative work around a table and one of a girl drawing in a notebook using moulds. Below the picture is the title of the presentation and Makani logo.
