As part of an interagency child protection workshop, May Aoun, co-chair of the Psychosocial Support Committee, presented the work of Lebanon's Psychosocial Committee.
The PSS Committee is a sub-group under the Child Protection working group created in June 2014 due to the need to streamline psychosocial support (PSS) interventions and to ensure that a similar understanding of PSS informed the type and quality of service delivered for children in Lebanon.This PowerPoint presents the aims and achievements of the committee as of 2016.
